Oppenheimer Horizon Private Equity Ponzi Scheme
DKR is investigating potential claims against brokerage firm Oppenheimer & Co., Inc. on behalf of their customers who invested with Horizon Private Equity III. Allegations filed by the SEC state that former Oppenheimer broker John Woods and his investment advisory firm, Livingston Group Asset Management Company d/b/a Southport Capital ran Horizon as a massive Ponzi scheme for more than a decade, which resulted in losses for many customers.
