The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) alleged that Jesse Gil, an Allstate Financial Services representative, stole $2,500 from a client.
Allstate Financial Rep Steals Credit Card Info
The victim, an 82-year-old widow, after receiving financial services from Gil, racked up fraudulent charges on two of her credit cards during July and August of 2016. The charges included a trip to Spain, spa massages, sporting goods, baggage fees, and foreign currency cash advances, none of which were authorized by the victim.
FINRA Files Complaint Against
FINRA has filed a complaint and is requesting that sanctions be imposed on former Allstate Financial rep Jesse Gil for his crimes.
