K.C. Moore is a partner at Dimond Kaplan and Rothstein. Before joining the firm, K.C. was an Assistant State Attorney at the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office and a member of the Career Criminal and Robbery Unit.
K.C. brings impressive jury trial and general litigation skills with her to DKR. In the last six years, largely as lead trial attorney, she has tried twenty-seven jury trials, specifically, complex, firearm-related felonies including attempted murders, robberies, home invasions, kidnappings, and sexual batteries. As lead prosecutor, K.C. wrote and argued all pre-trial motions, drafted complete jury instructions and verdict forms, conducted voir dire, presented the testimony of the key State witnesses including forensic and medical experts, cross-examined dozens of defense witnesses, including defendants, and made closing arguments.
K.C. attended Boston College, following in her father’s, grandfather’s, and great-grandfather’s footsteps and received her Bachelor of Arts in French, cum laude, in 2010. A “Double Eagle”, she graduated from Boston College Law School in 2015, with special honors for her work in Public Interest Law.
