Nestor Camacho is an Associate at Dimond Kaplan & Rothstein, where he represents individuals in plaintiff-side class actions and arbitrations involving consumer fraud, data privacy violations, cybersecurity breaches, and investment fraud.
Nestor earned his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law, with a concentration in the Business of Innovation, Law, and Technology. His academic focus centered on the evolving intersection of technology and consumer protection, including coursework in Digital Blockchain & Asset Regulation, Artificial Intelligence Law, and Social Media Law. During law school, Nestor was actively involved in the Hispanic Law Students Association, serving as President during his final year. He also competed in Madrid, Spain through the University of Miami School of Law’s LawWithoutWalls program, collaborating with a global team of legal and business professionals to tackle real-world challenges faced by “big law” firms and their clients in the technology sector.
Before pursuing a legal career, Nestor worked in the advertising industry, where he worked on paid search campaigns for Fortune 500 clients. His experience working with advertising-tracking tools and navigating data privacy regulations sparked his continued interest in the legal implications of emerging technologies.
