Credit Control Corporation Data Breach Class Action

Credit Control Corporation (“CCC”), a debt collector, collects personally identifiable information (“PII”) from various client medical providers, including Riverside Health System. Unfortunately, between March 2, 2023, and March 7, 2023, CCC experienced a breach in its network systems. As a result, sensitive data belonging to approximately 286,699 patients, such as their names, addresses, Social Security numbers, account numbers, account balances, and dates of service, was exposed.

On behalf of its client medical providers, including Riverside Health System, CCC initiated the process of notifying the affected patients about the breach starting around May 15, 2023.
